This will be my first season coaching at Montbello High School. I have been fortunate enough to be coaching the game of baseball for 21 seasons. I have coached all around the state from Wiggins HIgh School, Arapahoe HIgh School, Machebeuf High School and Gateway High school where it started in 1999. Born in Montbello I attended Oakland Elementary when it was first open. I graduated from Bennett High School in 1994.
I am currently working at Vista Academy as an ELD/MLA para. I have worked in special education for the past 5 years. I am an active board member of the Colorado Dugout Club Coaches Association. The reason I love coaching and working with the youth is because it is my way of giving back to the community/world. If I can help a young person be a productive part of society and a good human being then I have done my job. To use my experience and connections to maximize the opportunities I can give to any student is my main focus. I am grateful for this opportunity to come back to where my love of baseball started.
